Please read and follow the instructions below to change/modify your reservation, Canceling a reservation requires that you have a replacement reservation.


Your Reservations/Add-Ons are NON-REFUNDABLE, this policy also includes Cancellations due to Weather Events. Changes CANNOT BE MADE BY CALLING Threejays Carriages. If you would like to Gift or Reschedule your reservation to a future date and time, please follow the instructions outlined below. If you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation, even if you wish to come again on a different date and time Modifications are subject to a fee of 8% to 30% of the cost of the reservation (prior to taxes and fees) minus the reservation/booking fee with the booking system service (PeekPro).

TO CHANGE OR MODIFY your reservation it must be made at least 4 days prior to your scheduled reservation (EMAILS SENT TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED). We have also implemented pre-booking for 2021 Holiday Season, you will be responsible for any additional fees.

TO CHANGE OR MODIFY please refer to the Reschedule Link in your Confirmation Email.

1.  Book a new reservation (you will receive a new confirmation email for this reservation)


3.  Include:  name on the reservation, date, time, vehicle and reservation code (if known) of the  
              reservation to be cancelled. 

4. Please include the following in your email: 

         a. INFORM us in the email that you HAVE BOOKED A REPLACEMENT RESERVATION.

         b. If you booked a larger vehicle than the the one in your original reservation.

*Our carriage rides are extremely popular and when you cancel a reservation within 4 days of your scheduled reservation date/time, you are preventing another guest from having the opportunity to reserve the spot. Much like a concert or theater event, your carriage is yours for the date/time you reserved regardless of if you are able to attend (like empty seats at a concert). We highly recommend you have a friend or family member can come take the ride in your place if you must cancel within 4 days of your scheduled reservation.*
