We hate to see you go, but we understand things happen. Please read and follow the instructions below to cancel your reservation:

Cancellations CANNOT BE MADE BY CALLING Threejays Carriages. If you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation, even if you wish to come again on a different date and time (in which case, you will actually be making a second reservation).

TO CANCEL a reservation, you MUST SEND AN EMAIL TO CANCELLATIONS at least 4 days prior to your scheduled reservation (EMAILS SENT TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED).

Name on the Reservation
Date of the Confirmed Reservation
Time of the Confirmed Reservation
Vehicle Reserved
Reservation Code (if known)


A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours of the email request to cancel. Failure to send a cancellation request email to CANCELLATIONS will RESULT IN YOU BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SCHEDULED RESERVATION ON FILE. Cancellations are subject to a fee of 5% to 30% of the cost of the reservation (prior to taxes and fees) minus the reservation/booking fee with the booking system service (PeekPro), depending on the date of the cancellation in relation to the date of the reservation. Failure to send a cancellation request email to CANCELLATIONS prior to the 4 day cut off will RESULT IN YOU BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BOOKED RESERVATION


The fee schedule is as follows: 

Cancellations made 28 days or more prior to your scheduled reservation will be refunded, minus a 5% fee to change or cancel. 
Cancellations made 14 to 28 days prior to your scheduled reservation date will be refunded, minus a 20% fee to change or cancel. 
Cancellations made between 4 days and 14 days prior to your scheduled reservation date will be refunded, minus a 30% fee to change or cancel. 
Cancellations made within 4 days of your scheduled reservation date will not be issued a refund, even if you decide to book a reservation in a future date to make up for the reservation you are canceling within 4 days of your scheduled reservation. 

*Our holiday carriage rides are extremely popular and when you cancel a reservation within 4 days of your scheduled reservation date/time, you are preventing another guest from having the opportunity to reserve the spot. Much like a concert or theater event, your carriage is yours for the date/time you reserved regardless of if you are able to attend (like empty seats at a concert). We highly recommend you have a friend or family member can come take the ride in your place if you must cancel within 4 days of your scheduled reservation.
